Using BasaHR

You may use BasaHR to run hiring for your organization. You are responsible for your account, for the people you invite to your workspace, and for the accuracy of the content you add. Keep your sign-in details secure.

AI-assisted features

BasaHR uses AI to draft content, rank applications, generate and grade assessments, and summarise interviews. AI output is a decision-support aid, not a decision. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and for every hiring decision you make. AI can make mistakes; always apply your own judgement, and comply with the employment and anti-discrimination laws that apply to you.

Fair and lawful use

You agree not to use BasaHR to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• discriminate unlawfully, or use candidate data for any purpose other than the role they applied for;
• upload content you have no right to share, or attempt to access another workspace’s data;
• disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or its AI features.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into BasaHR. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and process it so we can provide the service to you, as described in our privacy & AI policy.

Plans and availability

We offer free and paid plans. Plan details and pricing will be published as they become available, and we may update features over time. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimers and liability

BasaHR is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

You can stop using BasaHR and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to protect the service and its users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
